- Drive primary and secondary sales across the Ludhiana region.
- Develop distributor networks and ensure retail penetration.
- Monitor sales officers and promoters for performance delivery.
- Achieve volume, visibility, and market share targets for Uthra products.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing with 5–8 years FMCG experience.
- Strong distributor handling and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and retail trade.
CTC will be decided after two rounds of interview and is on a case-to-case basis.
