Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive primary and secondary sales across the Ludhiana region.
  • Develop distributor networks and ensure retail penetration.
  • Monitor sales officers and promoters for performance delivery.
  • Achieve volume, visibility, and market share targets for Uthra products.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing with 5–8 years FMCG experience.
  • Strong distributor handling and team leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and retail trade.

CTC will be decided after two rounds of interview and is on a case-to-case basis.
